He maintains an extensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the IT industry, is a major contributor to the design of MCA's clinical interfaces, and oversees the ethical and medical issues involved in the handling of clinical data.

Stephen Dippy - Chief Executive Officer

Stephen has more than 35 years of experience in most aspects of Information Technology in government, private and supplier sectors. He is deeply familiar with clinical messaging, having been involved with HL7 working groups nationally and internationally.

Dr Tim Tomkins - Clinical Architect

Dr Tim Tomkins is a specialist in terminology and the architecting of real-time intelligence and analysis systems for large public and private entities including UK Police, the European Commission, the oil sector, international banks, and the medical sector. As a Senior Consulting Architect within the UK NHS Care Records Project, Dr Tomkins was responsible for Terminology Services, especially SNOMED clinical coding under very high transaction rate requirements.
